Since I love riding and humping balloons while they inflate this is great for me too! Also, since I'm a phobic nonopper, this is the best for me because if it (against all odds) would pop, the pop is not that loud.
Another thing... Balloons behave quite differently in water. They tend to inflate larger and they are definately easier to give a neck! Balloons I have bought here in sweden and that I would NEVER dream of trying to give a neck by air easily gets a neck when having fun with them in the tub ;) Playing with balloons in the tub is awsome. So nice to feel the warmth and the weight of the water in the balloon =)
