This is on Flickr, too many kids in the other pics to post them, but below is the end result of this church's "annual balloon service."
They decorate the church up with really nice looking helium balloon bouquets. At some point in the church service they start handing out the balloons and then at yet another point everyone lets the balloon(s) they're holding fly away.
The glitch is that they're indoors.
Maybe go outside and do it? IDK- this is a U-U maybe there are people in the group that made that a no-no for the church.
Better yet, a balloon drop. That sounds more fun than watching balloons fly a whole 20 feet and get stuck on the ceiling.
IDK - this seems like NOT a lot of fun. If I were there, I'd just try to get some nice ones to take home and pass on the non-fun of the indoor balloon release.
