You say there are lots of kids in the other pics from this set? Well maybe that's your answer. Kids would enjoy watching balloons go up to the ceiling. And heck - it makes the ceiling look fun with all those balloons up there. If you release them outside they're gone in a few minutes and that's that. End of fun.
