A 12 to 16 incher works great on a pump like that for a good prank. Just place it somewhere out of sight and wait for the bang. I have done this many times in the office, I will put it under a co workers desk and plug it in. Anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and BOOM!! everyone always gets a big kick out of it... lots of fun for sure
