So, can you come up with an example of people complaining about absolutely nothing?
I'll give my example as something that hopefully reminds you of a situation in your realm.
At work last week we had a company team building activity for Aboriginal Day. Everyone in the company goes to play Texas Scramble Golf and then a big steak bbq.
Our receptionist started going on about how "anti-social" she was. (she's the receptionist? is what I'm now thinking as a question.) On the day of the tournament, I asked if they were putting on the answering machine for the day and she exclaimed that she would stay and man the phones, etc.
So, this week, she's pouting because she said, "If people think all she does is answer the phone, they don't know anything. I had a lot to do other than answe the phones to do."

Oh, I see, this is the one year where whatever those duties were, the place would fall apart if you didn't do them for one day. Now it martyrdom for this woman.
Now the best part, mrs. Anti-social apparently didn't want to play golf and just wanted the day off instead. Well, doesn't that contribute to the team building. Why didn't we think of this. Give everyone a day off so they can go home and do something alone.
Something tells me that this woman's job is going to be short lived.
This is the same woman who stated she was offended because she was witness to an Aboriginal spiritual ceremony and she found it offensive to her own beliefs (born again Christian) and all I could think of on that is, "Does she know where she is working? Does she know what we're all about here?" I mean, this organization is a voice for Aboriginal spiritual and cultural elders in Canada.
It takes all kinds, eh?
