The police had no probable cause.
You have been injured because of excessive force.
Your rights have been violated.
And you have proof.
Your cell phone recorded it all.
You have video. You have audio.
You have time stamps.
Not so fast.
Your evidence is thrown out.
Because of wire tap laws in your state.
You will be charged with unlawful surveillance.
The only recordings that are allowed in your defense,
are the recordings from the police car camera.
Does this sound like Catch 22, to you?
Something like the Rodney King case,
